Kyle Damien's Event Management and Services

  1. Clients are advised to use Cash or Bank Transfers for every payment made. In terms of cash payment, only our authorized representatives are allowed to receive payments. Clients are strongly advised to request a receipt for every payment made.

Kyle Damien’s Event Management and Services represent and warrant to the Client that it has the experience and ability to perform the services required by this agreement; that it has the power to enter the said services in a professional, competent, and timely manner; that it has the power to enter
  3. into and perform this agreement; and that its performance of this agreement shall not be governed by and violate the rights of any third party. The terms and conditions of this agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. However, the client will not determine or exercise control over general procedures or formats necessary to have these services meet client satisfaction.
  4. This agreement of Kyle Damien’s Event Management and Services to perform shall be excused by acts of God, or any other legitimate condition beyond Kyle Damien’s Event Management and Services’ control. If such circumstances arise, all reasonable efforts will be made by Kyle Damien’s Event Management and Services to find a comparable replacement event planning at the agreed fees. In the event that Kyle Damien’s Event Management and Services are unable to produce a replacement, the client shall receive a refund or at most all fees paid to Kyle Damien’s Event Management and Services depending on the cost already incurred in the preparation for the event. Client agrees that in all such circumstances, Kyle Damien’s Event Management and Services’ liability shall be exclusively limited to refunding the said portion of the fees paid and that Kyle Damien’s Event Management and Services shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from any breach of this contract.
  5. In the event of non-payment, Kyle Damien’s Event Management and Services retains the right to attempt collection through legal and permissible means. The client will be responsible for all court fees, legal fees, and collection costs incurred by Kyle Damien’s Event Management and Services.
  6. It is agreed that the client will take reasonable steps to protect Kyle Damien’s Event Management and Services personnel, equipment, and props during the contracted period.
  7. he client may not transfer this contract to another party without the prior written consent of Kyle Damien’s Event Management and Services.
  8. This agreement is not binding until received and signed by Kyle Damien's Event Management and Services. Any changes must be written and signed by both parties. Oral agreements are non-binding. The late contract supersedes all previous contracts between the client and Kyle Damien's Event Management and Services for the event listed above.
  9. The client is responsible for any lost/damaged items. For packages inclusive of food, the client will be charged ₱950 per plate in excess of 150 pax.
  10. An additional fee of ₱10,000 applies if transferring the event from an outdoor to an indoor venue.
  11. Our service duration is 5 hours starting from the beginning of the program. Any additional time will incur an extension fee of ₱5,000 per hour.
